Describe it, or film from the doorway, and we work from that. We buy as-is, so there are no repairs for you to make first. Selling to us runs you nothing in fees and nothing in commission. 2. Any dates that matter, like a foreclosure sale notice, a probate hearing or a move-out deadline.

4. Notes or photos of damage you can see safely, without climbing a roof or entering a room that looks unsound.
